my friend said use mild cleaser ok D, use gloves whenever u do housework, heavy handcream before u sleep, also go to Quality health la, i got cream from them, very ok even though it's local brand.

No, I'm not elite team. I worked too hard b4. always 90+ hours every month. Accumulated fatique and inflight injury cause this.

i admitted that my hands became so ugly and dry and wrinkles than before i work, but is not like that serious, i duno whether it is jue fu hand ne...always so dry, dry to my fingertip have white mark and "haai" hand, and curticals always dry to white and my finger joint part all wrinkles over it....duno how to fix it, just "mor sa" my hand and put hand cream.....aaai, and my health not as good as before la....work for 4 years and bcome like this la.....aaai
